Coast offers 30 Days Free Returns on eligible items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Customers must contact customer service before sending any return. Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

Item Condition
Returned items are inspected when received. Items that show signs of wear, washing, use, alteration, damage after delivery, missing tags, missing parts, or other condition issues may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return. Non-returnable items may include:
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items missing original tags, packaging, parts, or accessories, where applicable
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page or at checkout

Return Shipping Cost
Coast offers 30 Days Free Returns. For eligible returns started through our customer service team and returned according to the instructions provided, return shipping is free.
If an item is returned without prior approval, sent to the wrong location, or returned outside the provided instructions, the return may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, Coast will review the return and notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method used for the order. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been processed.
Original shipping charges, expedited services, gift wrapping, or other optional services, if any were selected, may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to a Coast error.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or item, contact Coast at support@coasttshop.com before sending anything back. Exchange availability may depend on stock, item eligibility, and the condition of the returned item.
If an exchange is not available, Coast may recommend returning the eligible item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you prefer.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
