Free Worldwide Shipping

Coast offers Free Worldwide Shipping. Shipping is free worldwide, and no standard shipping charge is added for eligible orders at checkout.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges are included in our Free Worldwide Shipping service. If such fees occur, they will be covered by us.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 days after they are placed. Processing includes reviewing the order, preparing the item for shipment, and handing the package over for delivery.

Shipping Destinations

Coast provides Free Worldwide Shipping to supported delivery destinations. Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout so your order can be routed correctly.

If a destination cannot be served for reasons such as address restrictions, local delivery limitations, or unavailable shipping service, Coast will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Tracking Your Order

Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Coast is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, email support@coasttshop.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping details. Address changes cannot always be made once an order has started processing or shipped.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Government Charges

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges are included in Coast’s Free Worldwide Shipping service. If any of these fees apply to your shipment, they will be covered by us.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact Coast so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.

  • Delayed packages: Check your tracking information first, then contact us if the delay continues beyond the estimated delivery window.
  • Lost packages: Email us with your order number and tracking details so we can review the shipment status.
  • Damaged packages: Contact us promptly and include photos of the package, the item, and any visible damage.
